Last week on my Findings Friday post, I had highlighted a recipe of buffalo chicken rolls. They were also on my menu for that week. Let me tell you, this was one of the best buffalo chicken recipe ideas I have come across.
I’m not a big fan of spicy food, but I like to make it every once and a while for my husband’s spicy pallet. He will really eat anything… except for enchiladas, can’t get him to eat those.
Anyway, I put these yummy little morsels together and bam! We had a hit. The husband even took the rest of the left overs to work the next day. The only thing different that I did was fry the rolls instead of bake them, but that was only because it was 100 degrees outside and I didn’t want to turn on the oven.
