Menu: Week 42

HAPPY EASTER! What a weekend. We had dinner Saturday with my husbands family. My husband helped me bake a wonderful salmon filet and some homemade chicken strips for those of us who don’t like salmon. It was a feast of epic proportions.
On Sunday, we of course did what everyone does on Easter Sunday and turned in cans… Then took the boys to the park before heading over to my family get together. We had the most amazing gluten free lasagna that my mom and I pre made the other day… SO GOOD!
I love family get-to-gethers.

Grilled cheese burgers

Chicken alfredo pizza

– Spaghetti

– Homemade chicken strips and baked potato

Pork Schnitzle sandwiches. (SO GOOD)
