Menu: Week 10

Its been a tough last few days. I’ve come to find out that I have celiac disease and cant have gluten any longer. I’m really grateful that we have been changing our diets and making meals at home more often because it has made this transition that much easier, all though it has not been easy at all.
I’ve had to modify a few of my menu items to include gluten free foods. It’s all trial and error from here on out to find out what works and what doesn’t but it will be worth it in the end. 🙂 Enjoy!
